Who builds OnTracks

OnTracks is built by one person: Ismail Fikri, founder, based in Paris and working remotely. OnTracks crawls a site, drafts the tracking plan, writes the GTM container, registers the dimensions and conversions in the GA4 property, then re-scans on demand — so a redesign that breaks a tag does not go unnoticed for a quarter. The alpha cohort has been live since May 2026. There are no customer logos on this page and no case-study figures: until documented cases exist, a free run on your own site is the only argument worth making.

The person behind it

Ismail Fikri — founder, and for now the whole team. The person who writes the code is the person who answers your email. That is the honest state of an alpha, and it is also why an answer takes hours rather than a support tier.

Based in Paris, working remotely. The product is bilingual because the market is: the platform, the documentation and this site all exist in French and in English.

Why OnTracks exists

Tracking degrades quietly. A theme update renames a class, a click trigger stops matching, a tag stops firing — and the dashboards keep drawing a curve, just the wrong one. The gap surfaces a quarter later, when someone reconciles ad spend against revenue and the two numbers refuse to meet.

That failure is structural, not accidental. A tracking plan is written once, by hand, against a site that changes every week. Nobody sells the watching that comes afterwards, and the watching is what decides whether the numbers are worth anything. OnTracks was built around that part first: plan, deploy, then keep verifying that what was deployed still fires.

The second reason is the shape of the work itself. A tag-management engagement spends six weeks of an analyst's time rediscovering, from scratch, what one specific business needs to measure. The right plan is specific to a business. Rediscovering it by hand every single time is not.

Where the project stands

  • Alpha cohort live since May 2026 — phase 1 of the platform.
  • No customer logos and no outcome figures on this site. Both wait for three documented customer cases; the alpha numbers stay frozen until then.
  • The demo site is free, with no time limit and no card.
  • Pricing is public and complete, setup fee included, on the pricing page.

What you will not read on this site

  • No promise to restore every conversion lost to consent and platform restrictions. No tool does that, and claiming it is the fastest way to lose an experienced reader.
  • No compliance guarantee. OnTracks is not a consent management platform and certifies nobody's compliance; the legal review of our own documents is still in progress.
  • No undated competitor price. Every price quoted on a comparison page carries the date it was checked, and those pages are re-verified quarterly.
  • No customer statistic that is not backed by a documented case.

Talking to me

Write, and you get the founder. Setup questions, an agency workflow that does not fit, a page on this site that is wrong — all three are worth an email.
