OnTracks
Intelligence · add-on$29–$249/mo per site by volume · talk to us to enable it

Any session, briefed in one click — every behavior, an audience.

OnTracks already captures every click, scroll, and form submit on your site. The Intelligence add-on turns that capture into something your sales team can act on, and your ad accounts can target.

01

Brief your sales team on a session, on demand

One click on a session produces an OnTracks-written read of that visit: what the visitor did, what they seem to want, and the one next move. It covers the session you opened — not an aggregated history of that visitor's past visits.

02

Turn intent signals into campaign keywords

Your top in-site search queries, ranked and deduped — ready to feed your search campaigns and your product roadmap. Stop guessing what your visitors want: they typed it.

03

See which campaigns actually convert

UTM-aware attribution across every session. Which medium, which channel, which referrer drives the most form submits, not just the most clicks.

04

See where sessions pile up in your funnel

Your funnel stages, as a live snapshot: how many sessions sit at each stage right now — signup started, completed, activated, paid — over the last hour, day, week or 30 days. Stages come from your site's status hierarchy, seeded by your preset. Available on the SaaS and Event presets.

05

Push behavior segments back to ad platforms

"Viewed 3+ products in 30 seconds", "scrolled to checkout without clicking buy" — behavior segments built from your live sessions, pushed automatically to Meta Custom Audiences every 5 minutes, as retarget audiences + lookalike seeds.

06

Know which campaign actually drove the sale

Live

Multi-touch attribution, 5 rule-based models (last-touch, first-touch, linear, time-decay, position-based), computed over your existing sessions — nothing to re-tag.

Common questions

How is this different from an analytics dashboard?
An analytics dashboard aggregates: it tells you what happened across all your visitors, over a period. Intelligence reads ONE specific session, the one that just happened on your site, and turns behaviours that repeat into ad audiences. One helps you decide what to build; the other helps you decide what to do about this visitor, today.
Is the visitor data shared with any third party?
Yes, in two specific cases, and here they are. Generating a session brief sends that session — its full row and its event timeline — to a content-analysis provider established in the United States. And the flows you explicitly enable go to your own Meta / LinkedIn accounts, on your tokens: server-side conversions, plus SHA-256 hashed email and phone for a segment export. Everything else lives in a Neon-managed Postgres database, isolated per account at the application layer, with no guaranteed EU residency. The full sub-processor table is on the Security page.
Can I cancel the add-on without losing the data?
Yes. SDK capture keeps running unchanged — your event bracket is set by volume, not by the add-on. Cancelling Intelligence puts the briefs, cross-session analytics and segments back behind the paywall; no row is deleted. Sessions, briefs already generated and segment definitions stay in place and are available again as soon as you re-subscribe. One thing to know: while the add-on is off, segments are no longer re-evaluated and stop being pushed to Meta — audiences already created there stay as they are and go stale.
